Dr. Charlotte Denise Holliday’s professional career entails training medical personnel, which includes physicians, nurses, specialists, and administrative staff on the transitioning from paper to computer technology. She developed a training manual to assist the medical personnel in the successful transition of information technology. Her current position as a Data Analyst for a major dialysis (renal) corporation. In her role, she analyzes data to determine common themes, which enhances a patient’s treatment plan.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Houston Baptist University, a Master of Business Administration/ Technology Management, and a doctorate degree in Health Administration from the University of Phoenix. Her dissertation is titled RENAL DIALYSIS DOCUMENTATION AND EMR IRREGULARITY: A PHENOMENOLOGICAL REVIEW OF NEPHROLOGISTS. She is a member of the National Honor Society of Leadership and Success and a member of the National Writers Association, National Alliance on Mental Illness. She is a Certified Community Health Worker.

Dr. Holliday is an active member of her church as the Minister of Music. She has a passion for music and enjoys working with artists to expand their potential as a vocalist. She has developed her talents over the past 30 years, which has afforded her the ability to sing in various venues. Her claim to fame has been exhibited throughout the United States and she continues to perfect her artistry. She prides herself as a fundraising campaigner for various organizations and has raised an excess of seven million dollars.

Presently, she is expanding as an entrepreneur in motivational speaking on the advances/disadvantages of seeking a higher education degree. Currently, she resides in Houston, TX, mother of four sons: Terrance, Christopher, Jeremy, and Anthony and the proud grandmother of five grandchildren: Brandon, Lillie, Davonte, LyRyah, and Poppy. She spends her free time gardening and helping others.

She holds a Doctorate in Health Administration, a Master of Business Administration/ Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.
